All of a sudden, this food franchise concept has appeared on my radar. Like out of nowhere.

And the weird things is, it's a French bakery type of thing...but it's Korean. Let me rephrase that:

It's a South Korean bakery chain with French-inspired baked goods.

I don't get it either, but the franchise chain's origins date back to 1945.

And, the franchisor has more than 200 franchises open in 20 states-with a lot more coming.
