Notice period & Eviction process rules changed again – 6 months notice and other changes

The Government has again changed the notice period for evicting a tenant to 6 months with other changes too. There are a few exceptions to the 6-month rule.

It is vital all landlords, letting agents are fully aware of what they must do should they wish to deal with any aspect of evicting a tenant.
