TBM 64: Ghosting and -1s to +1s via Do-Overs

Happy Wednesday,
I was reading my +1 today on Low-Hanging Fruit around Michaael Singer's Living Untethered and at the end, it talks about changing -1s to +1s.
This reminded me of my NVC Practice and one of the things I love about NVC. We always get a do-over. We can always use our NVC to go back to a conversation and have a do-over.
Is there a conversation you've been avoiding because of a previous interaction? Could you practice some self-empathy, prepare, and revisit it?
How can you turn a -1 into a +1 today?
