How to Teach Words That Are Always Plural

When teaching plural nouns, it is very common to be caught out by the tricky group of nouns that are always plural, like “trousers” and “scissors”. However, these kinds of words have the same form as and act like any other plurals. They are therefore much easier to learn and teach than related points like uncountable nouns and irregular plurals if the right methods are used. This article explains some ways to make words which are always plural manageable and fun.
