I wanted to personally invite you to something new and special happening inside The Heart Circle on Heartbeat - our very first live audio tapping session!

It’s one of my favourite new parts of our community...a calm, nurturing space to breathe, release, and reconnect together.

Whether you’re joining from your sofa or curled up in bed with a cup of tea ☕, you’ll be guided through soothing rounds of tapping to help you feel calmer, lighter, and more connected...not just to yourself, but to everyone tapping along with you.

🎧 Pop your headphones on, settle in, and let yourself be held in the shared energy of group tapping. With no cameras, you can even join in your PJs if you like!

Our next live session is on 11th November, and we’ll be focusing on cultivating joy - a beautiful theme to help lift your energy and bring more lightness into your week.
