June is my favorite month for several reasons — it's warm, the days are long, it's Pride season, and it's also my birthday month. Whether you're someone who loves the heat and spending time poolside, or someone who prefers to stay indoors lying under a ceiling fan with the A/C set to 64º, it's a great time of year to do some reading.

In other news—as if June wasn't exciting enough—my debut novel Violet Reverie will be available via Amazon on the 20th. The first reviews from early readers are starting to trickle in on Goodreads, and I've been totally overwhelmed (in a good way) by the response so far.
As I mentioned in my last newsletter, I will be sharing the first couple chapters of the novel with you for an exclusive inside peek before the book's launch! I'm planning to send out the chapters next week so be on the lookout for my email.
