My new favorite way to make beef tenderloin: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In an AIR FRYER!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So flavorful, easy (only 5 ingredients) and perfect!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I'm going to be making this for Christmas dinner. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We use leftovers to make beef dip sandwiches the next day! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Recipe: 1.5 lb. Beef tenderloin 2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil 3 garlic cloves pressed 1 tsp. sea salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Directions: Rub beef with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook in air fryer at 325 for 30-45 minutes, until internal temperature is 145 for medium.
