My new direction, Unapologetically You, is born out of a deep understanding that to truly stop repeating unhealthy relationships and patterns, you need to get deeply in touch with who you are and live a life you love. It’s time to move beyond recovery and step into your most authentic self, embracing life with passion, purpose, and joy.

Why This Change?

Recovery after abuse is a critical step, but it's not the whole journey. The real transformation happens when you start living unapologetically as yourself. This means discovering your true desires, setting healthy boundaries, and pursuing the life you've always dreamed of. By focusing on Unapologetically You, you will break free from old patterns and embrace a future full of possibilities.

New Offerings and Pricing

To support this transformative journey, I will be making some changes to my offerings:

• One-to-One Coaching: To provide deeper, more impactful support, one-to-one coaching will now be offered in a 3-month package format. This structure allows for sustained progress and meaningful change.

• AVANTI Retreats: I believe that travel is a powerful tool for personal growth. It breaks you out of your comfort zone and opens up your curiosity and adventure muscle. I will be organizing retreats and travel experiences designed to push boundaries, foster self-discovery, and build lifelong memories.

• Price Adjustments: To reflect the enhanced value and comprehensive nature of these new offerings, there will be an increase in prices. Investing in yourself is the greatest gift you can give, and these changes ensure that you receive the highest level of support and expertise.
