It is spring, the traditional time for renewal and change. And that is what I'm doing - changing and shifting my focus.

I have been transitioning away from using the word abuse because it has been hijacked by narcissism and the conversation is no longer about healing after abuse, it's all about is he or she a narcissist? Are they all Aries? It's becoming a mess out there and some of the messages I'm reading are scary and misleading.

When I began supporting women, I wanted to focus on healing, moving forward, creating boundaries, and living a big bold unapologetic life. Somewhere along the way, I lost my focus.

But I'm Back Unapologetically!

A new inspired community is launching on Patreon on June 1st. And I intend to make sure it fu$king rocks!

I am still working things out, but I plan on giving you:

Equally, I am determined to make it a community of like minded women who get to know, like and support one another. It’s tough to do that on Facebook with its ridiculous algorithm coded by Zuckerberg on a whim.
