Healing after an abusive or toxic relationship is a journey with many bumps and setbacks. Many of the setbacks come from our own internal negative messaging and mean girl. Abusers leave us feeling small, voiceless, and incapable.

But how do we get past personal doubts blocking our paths. Phrases like "I have no money," "I'm not smart enough," or "I can't do this" become familiar refrains in our minds? With the simple addition of a single word—"yet"— we can transform these statements from declarations of defeat into expressions of potential and hope.

I have created a video, blog post, and journal prompts to support embracing "yet". It is a small and mighty word!

Giving up is not an option. You want to heal, grow, and create a life you love unapologetically and adding "yet" can keep you focused on your future and healing.
