iTOA Ignite! session will be held on 🗓️Tuesday June 25 at 10:30am PT (12:30pm CT / 1:30pm ET / 6:30pm GMT).
This is a special one because the User Group Steering Committee will be on-site at Sun-Net office to work out the agenda and logistics for the 2024 iTOA-UG Conference.

The upcoming session promises to be an engaging event, commencing with an introduction by our UGSC chairperson, Jon Sharp. The agenda includes:
- TVA Presentation: Jon Sharp will be presenting the TVA enhancements for the iTOA workflow tasks updates.
- ITC presentation: Nick Zabel will be showcasing a subset of the enhancements that ITC is developing:
- Pulling Attachments from Request into associated Switching Documents
- Omni Search functionality
- Request Workflow Metrics Report
