iTOA Ignite sessions are virtual webinars of about 45 minutes of quick presentations of various topics, ideas and insights from Sun-Net iTOA software users and developers.

The upcoming session promises to be an engaging event, commencing with an introduction by our UGSC chairperson, Jon Sharp. The agenda includes:
- Austin Energy Team Presentation: They will delve into their innovative iTOA-EMS interface. Given the popularity of this topic, we’re eager to explore Austin Energy’s unique approach.
- Sun-Net Team Update: The team will share the latest enhancements to the iTOA Mobile module. The anticipation is high for how this tool will transform switching execution into a paperless process and streamline permit, authorization, and clearance tracking. A key challenge has been operating the application in remote areas without network access. The Sun-Net team is set to demonstrate the strides they’ve made in enabling offline mode functionality.
