Good Morning! I never thought I'd see this day, especially in this market, but we had a 100% sell-through rate over the weekend. And it wasn't just because two cars were listed either. Bring a Trailer went 16 for 16 and included some delivery mileage 2022 models with honest reserves.

SPOTLIGHT
Just when you thought every seller of a delivery mileage 2022 911 had their hopes (and reserve) set on a sale over MSRP, we get one that had reasonable expectations for the market.
The 2022 911 Carrera 2 S above sold for $139,000 on PCARMARKET over the weekend amid comments that the car would never sell due to bidding not nearing MSRP fast enough. But the seller chimed in and stated that he wasn't flipping for flipping's sake but rather something else caught his eye while waiting, and waiting, for his 911 to come in.
With an MSRP of $143,810, the seller isn't out too much money and saved themselves from further "normal" depreciation that's bound to come as the market cools off. Well-sold on their part and well-bought by the buyer who saved a few dollars and quite the wait. Both parties can definitely be happy here.
NOTEWORTHY SALES
- Although no longer $300k, delivery mileage GT3s are still trading over sticker with this 2022 GT3 6sp selling for $265,000 over the weekend.
- The deal of the weekend goes to this 1979 930 Turbo which sold for only $105,000 and left many in the comment section wishing they bid. Very well-bought.
- Another low mileage 996 C4S sells for Turbo money with this Guards Red example hammering down at $60,996.
NEW LISTINGS
- The first 992 Cup Car we've seen available, this 2021 911 GT3 Cup was imported from Germany earlier this year where it ran in the German Masters Series on such tracks as Spa.
- Another No Reserve 2005 Porsche Carrera GT, this one with 8,000 miles. Are investors dumping before prices drop any further?
- A very interesting shade of Metallic Blue-Green that we've never seen before on this 1973 911T Targa looks really nice. Color us impressed.
