Hi, everyone! April is coming in wet here in Missouri, and I couldn't resist planting some new perennials. I bought some yellow Columbines, shown above, for a shady brick planter in my backyard.

Here's hoping Rogue, my digging canine, won't dig them out because he did the first time I filled this planter. I've waited two years now, thinking he might have grown out of some of his digging propensities.

Let's keep our fingers crossed! I'll let you know if they survive. What's your favorite flower to plant in the spring?

I'm excited to be working on a new series featuring novellas. Those books average about 6 to 8 chapters and take between 1 and 1.5 hours to read. The stories will be centered around a holiday, not necessarily about the holiday itself, but during that time frame. I hope you like these sweet and spicy romances centered around dominant men who don't mind turning their girl over their knee when they feel it's necessary to keep them safe. And the feisty heroines who are destined to challenge that notion.
