Finalizing the text interior at the moment. I've added backers to the Acknowledgments. This section is based on how you answered the question about How You Wanted Your Name to be Listed in the survey. 

Some people entered full names. Some initials or nicknames, some entered someone else's name. If this question was left blank this was taken as a request for anonymity. 

If that was not what you intended, just send me a message stating how you'd like your name listed.

I want to list everyone how they'd like, but also want to be careful to protect the identity of anyone who does not want to be listed.

Backers are listed alphabetically by Last Name.
