Another Newsletter? Yep, But Hear Me Out...

Hey ,

You're probably thinking, "Great, another newsletter."

But you purchased one or many of my programs in the past, and a lot has changed since then - I got married, had kids, moved to Germany, and dabbled in a couple of startups.

I'm sure lot's has changed for you too, including how you approach your health and fitness.

When I created BW44, F3, Love the Grind, and the other programs you are probably familiar with, I was a single man with a bit more time on my hands.

Now, time feels straight up scarce with 2 kids a wife, and businesses to manage. I find myself often saying, "Damn! How am I going to make time for that now!?"

But I took it as a challenge. I mean, we've all seen those men and women who have managed to stay ripped while balancing kids, careers, etc, right?

So, I figured you'd need a few new tricks, protocols, and programs for this period of life.

With that said, I'd like to migrate your email over to the new list.

Don't worry, when I update those old dusty programs, you'll be the first to know. So you don't have to join this new list if you don't want to hear from me on a regular basis.

Here are some of the top posts from the new newsletter:

  1. How To Get Started When You Know Nothing About Fitness
  2. How To Burn Fat & Gain Muscle At The Same Time: Body Recomposition Guide
  3. Unleashing Muscle Power: The Benefits of H.I.R.T. for Muscle Growth
  4. The Podcast that turned Andrew Huberman into the GOAT of fat loss
  5. What To Eat Before, During, & After Training For Max Fat Loss and Muscle Growth

For the Free Course Veterans (Love the Grind 1 & 2):

You started your journey with my free bodyweight courses. How about leveling up? I'm offering my “Functional Foundations” program exclusively to you for joining the new list.

Download the Free course here.

It’d be great to have you on board and hear your thoughts.

I’ve also started working on this new Bootcamp program and developed an app called Sqwod. Both work in unison and they're all about making fitness fit into our busy lives while getting the best results possible.

My next big project is to update my most popular program, BW44.

I'm most curious about what you're up to these days. What fitness challenges are you facing? Which social media platforms do you hang out on now? Text or video - what’s your jam for content?

I've set up a Google Form for you to share your thoughts. Your feedback will help me tailor the content to what you really need.

If this isn’t something you’re into right now, no problem at all. Feel free to unsubscribe. Just wanted to reach out and share what’s new.

Cheers,

Tee Major
