How are your employees?

How are your colleagues?


Are they committed?

Do they find a purpose in their job?


The purpose is one of the most important things if you want people not to leave and be more motivated.


So...help your employees find their purpose!

Why focus on purpose?

Employees expect their jobs to bring a significant sense of purpose to their lives. Employers need to help meet this need or be prepared to lose talent to companies that will.


On the other hand, if you are a leader who considers people's priorities, such as employee well-being, resilience, or purpose, then you have a winning approach.


People who live their purpose at work are more productive than people who don’t.

Moreover, when employees feel that their purpose is aligned with the organization’s purpose, the benefits expand to include stronger employee engagement, heightened loyalty, and a greater willingness to recommend the company to others.


How are employees living the purpose?

Understanding why people are working in our company is fundamental.

To reach this goal, McKinsey surveyed more than a thousand employees.


Everyone’s purpose may be unique, but some part of it—large or small—comes from forces outside work, just as some part comes from the daily work itself.

These are the outermost and middle circles, respectively, and they vary in proportion to each other from person to person.


70% of the employees surveyed said that their sense of purpose is largely defined by work.

85% of execs and upper management said that they are living their purpose at work. But. only 15% of frontline managers and frontline employees agree.


This lack of purpose should make us reflect...


How can we pretend people be motivated and productive if we don't make them live their purpose at work?
