Today, I want to share with you some insights from research concerning the development of the HR Tech market in the coming years.
Attracting talents is no longer enough!
In 2021, this market has exceeded $53.1 billion and will increase to $90 billion in 2025.
The fastest growing sector will be the one of technologies related to Employees Engagement and Connectivity, which will rise from 10.3% (in 2019) to 24.8% (in 2025) beating Talent Acquisition spending.

What's the point of investing in attracting talents if you aren't able to retain them?
Geographic segmentation
In Europe, Germany, the UK and France are the nations that will contribute the most to the market growth, followed by Italy and Spain.
In the next three years, North American
countries will play a crucial role in the HR Tech evolution, generating more than half of the market value.
In the APAC countries, as for Italy and Spain, spending will increase thanks to digitalization development.

More and more firms are realizing that mentoring is one of the most effective ways to retain talents and foster people's growth.
