Please note, the following applies only if you live in the USA. All other countries are unaffected, and I will keep on sending orders to everywhere else as normal, including European Union again.

The sad news is, there will be a hiatus from this September until February 2026 when I may not be able to ship to you if you are in the USA. This is because of the tariff situation having reached the UK now, affecting all packages shipped from here after August 29th. Whilst I will be able to fulfil the pre-orders of the 3 new oracle cards in flat envelopes, sending packages is going to be problematic for the next 6 months. As in, unaffordable, due to an initial flat fee tariff of $80 per package being applied to all UK shipments, regardless of value. The situation is currently set to remain this way until February 2026. (I have sent an email about this to those of you in the USA who have pre-ordered the full 2nd edition Spirit Carrier oracle deck, as we have a few options for that.)

Studio clearance sale is now on due for my house move, and as long as any orders to the USA get shipped before August 29th (and arrive before October 5th, which they would if shipped before August 29th) there will be no tariff payable. I will then resume shipping to the USA in February 2026 when the $80 flat tariff fee is dropped on normal postal routes and the 10% tariff will apply instead. From August 29th until February 2026, I would only be able to send packages to you by international courier services but their prices are prohibitive. UK's postal service (Royal Mail) has urgently started to implement the processes for collecting tariffs at the point of shipping. Only I don’t yet know how much more those will be in admin charges on top of the official 10% tariff. If the cost turns out the same as with international couriers, then sending anything for the next 6 months will not be feasible. But I will keep a close eye on the situation which may offer possibilities as Royal Mail streamlines their systems. If I do find the shipping costs manageable with Royal Mail when they update their systems, I will let you know immediately.

I'm optimistic still: 6 months surely will go fast, and considering I will be moving house next month anyway, being busy setting up my new studio I may not be creating many crystal amulets initially. In February when the 10% customs fee will be applied to standard postal services (instead of the $80 flat fee per package currently in force) then I will be able to shield you from that. Also, the possibility exists that if you see something you’d like from Spirit Carrier between August 29th and February 2026, I can still take orders even if I can only ship in February.
