Ending with a little meditative crystal exercise for you to try:

*Select a crystal that might want to invite you in for exploration

*Hold the crystal in your hand & close your eyes

*Use your fingers to examine the crystal with your eyes closed, only using your touch

*Focus on your heart centre, and notice a spark or a glimmer of light within the core of your being. Take as long as you need to locate it. Then let that inner light grow a little brighter - only as much as feels comfortable

*With your heart light, approach the crystal in your hand and imagine that you're gently 'knocking on the door' of that crystal with a beam of your heartlight - then wait for a prompt from the crystal to enter, you'll feel it when the crystal is ready to let you in!

*Once in, be curious and explore the inside space of your crystal -receive a gift- it might be an object or a symbol of some sort, a sensation or a thought, or just a feeling of presence, a subtle shift...

*When you're done exploring, focus on your heartlight again, give gratitude, step out of the crystal and back into your body, with all that you experienced

*Open your eyes and stay a while observing the crystal in your hand, to integrate at a deeper level all that you received
