A lot of people have unshakable faith in poverty. To them, anything that brings money without them having to work so hard for years is not real; they believe that stupendous riches can only be accumulated through crimes & diabolism.
For instance, a few years ago, I always believed that as an author, it was hard to make money in January & December. I reasoned that because December is a festive season, no one will care about reading any book. For January, my reason was that people would have been too broke to think about buying books.
I always struggled financially in December & January; during these times, I did not receive any money-making ideas even though a lot of other authors have made be the best part of the money in those months.
I did not receive ideas on how to make money because I did not have faith in money-making in those months. My lack of money-making ideas was incidental; one cannot receive ideas for things that one does not have faith in.
Fast forward; I made a lot of money from book sales last December. How come I made so much money selling books in December despite it being a festive season? Because I had switched my faith from poverty to riches in those months.
The reason why you are finding it hard to take any opportunity that will help you make money despite you having what it takes is that you have faith in poverty. When you have faith in poverty, even if the ideas are presented to you, they will always appear as fake & scams to you.
What stops you from taking that opportunity to make money is your faith in poverty. You are impressed when you first saw the opportunity, but as time went on, something kept whispering to you that you can achieve your results without it. That's your mind interpreting your faith in poverty to make it a reality.
Can you even count how many opportunities you have let go in that manner? That's your faith in poverty at work. Switch your faith now. Take that opportunity! And what if it is fake? You will be glad you tried! The hardest thing about making money is losing it but if you are not ready to lose money, you will never become rich.
