I have good news! Or almost good news? I have a job, I'm just waiting on a start date. Maybe that's the pessimist in me? I'll feel more secure when I have that official start date. LOL! Sorry you had to see that side of me. It's not my finest attribute, but I'm generally one who believes it when I see it.
Well, enough about the pesky day job, after all, it merely gets in the way of me writing more books for you! LOL!
I'm thrilled to share that the Charity Anthology has a beautiful set of covers! *Victrola scratch* Wait. What? A Set of covers? Why yes, you read that correctly. A set of covers.
There are over 100 authors participating in the charity anthology--I love that so many have given their time and energy!--so while the ebook will be a single book the print book will be THREE volumes long! Here are the beautiful print covers for the anthology:
Aren't they lovely? There are short stories from all genres in the anthology and all proceeds will go to the Altadena and LA Public Libraries. We aren't taking a dime from this effort. So when I urge you to go buy a copy--or three--I do it because it is for a good cause. These libraries lost entire facilities and books or had damage during the January 2025 Los Angeles Fires. Please consider preordering a copy now.
I am also breaking ground on that Christmas Anthology novella. Yay! Words on the page! This will be a second chance romance that has a small town romance feel, but done Victorian style. Gertrude and Archibald -- that's right, I'm making unusual names sexy again--fell in love young but were separated by circumstances. After twenty years apart can they find love again? We shall see...
Love & Devotion - Burbank is happening soon! In June! I will be live an in person in Burbank, CA on June 21, 2025. Come meet me and get your books signed or buy books and I can sign them. There will be lots of fun things to do over the few days where you will get to meet tons of authors and if you are an aspiring author, you can even join in some craft classes that will be offered.
