It has been a crazy two months! February started off with a not so great bang--I was laid-off from my day job. Sigh. It is not a kind market to be looking for work. I have been looking since literally hours after being informed. I've had a couple of interviews, but let me tell you, this is a glacial process at a time when I could really use a quick resolution. Needless to say, I am not doing a lot of writing at the moment.

On the upside, The Assassin's Guide to Falling in Love released on Feb 18th and is doing well. If you haven't checked it out, please take a moment and maybe do that. Also, I will have a new short story--Falling for the Librarian--coming out this summer in a charity anthology to support the LA Public Library and the Altadena Library after the fires. I also will have a new Novella out this Christmas in another holiday anthology.

In case you missed it in a holiday anthology last year, I will release The Winter Rogue: A Snowed-In Historical Christmas Romance as a standalone novel! And bonus, you can pre-order it on my website right now. My plan is to release it in my bookstore September 1st and then everywhere else October 1st. Which means if you preorder it directly on my site, you will get the book one month earlier!

So there will be plenty of books coming out this year...just not all the books I had planned.

I took a little time to move my website (you probably didn't notice) to a new platform, so it is fully integrated with my book and swag store. As a result, I can now seamlessly deliver ebooks to buyers. I am thrilled with this because you can support me more directly by buying ebooks from my store (see links above 😉) and still get to read on your preferred ereader. So whether you read on Kobo, Kindle, iPad, Nook, or any other device or tablet, you can read my books!
