Thanks for sticking with me through another book launch! I know the emails can be a lot for some of you, but for others it helps them not miss a book release.
So I thought I'd share what's happening in my book world. First, a reminder that I am going to be signing at Spicy Reads 2026 in June! This is a huge two-day reader event with tons of authors signing and lots of fun to be had!
I also have a holiday anthology dropping November 4th. Now to the meaty stuff. I am super excited about the new series and the first book. I have started writing the first chapter and can't wait to start sharing snippets with you all.
So far, I have had to do a ton of world building. I did not think it through when I decided to center a book series around a ballet company. LOL! I have had to build out a large ballet company, establish the repertoire for the current year and upcoming years, create play lists for ballets that will be choreographed, and a million other details I hadn't considered - logos, merchandise, etc.
I am doing so much research and digging into my memories of my days as a dancer. In fact, I am going to see Giselle later this month. I am very excited since I have never seen it performed live.
You will likely be seeing more about this book and ballet related posts on social media as I am working on it.
After this book I plan to write the next book in the Ladies League series. So, know that I have not abandoned HR, I am just exploring other opportunities in other genres and hopefully refilling my creative cup.
