Career progression frameworks
In larger organizations, career progression frameworks manifest themselves in the form of a rubric document. In it, you'll have all the different levels (entry, mid, senior, lead, head, and so on.) and what is expected of you at every stage. In the early days, you'll mostly focus on hard skills, and as you progress, you'll learn over to soft skills. Check out this curation list.

Social Media is exhausting.
As I shared previously, I temporarily deleted my personal Instagram account for the sake of my mental health.
But, life as it is, you win on one end, lose on the other.
Being honest with you? This post is for the sake of making a post. Sorry, everyone.
It’s annoying that social media algorithms focus on “being out there religiously every day”, and not on the true value “every other day”. That’s why we see thousands of pointless Linkedin polls EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
Social Media wants you to keep up with the outreach, regardless.
However, there are those days when you’re exhausted, trying to stay away from any device that emits blue light, and… you still have a post to make. Like this one, I’m not going to lie.
I agree that consistency is not only about playing the algorithm game. It is also about playing the engagement game, where you bring consistently bits of value to your audience every day.
I have to admit: it’s freaking exhausting, sometimes.
Tips for the weekend:
- turn off your mobile notifications
- focus on your family.
- enjoy your time looking straight up, not down at your phone all the time.
- Give a “Like” on good content.
- “Unfollow” the pointless.
