The third day of the year is a quiet test.

The excitement has faded.

This is where your theme for the year matters.

It gives you a filter.

It tells you what to say yes to.

And just as importantly, what to say no to.

You do not need to add more today.

You might need to remove something instead.

Remove friction.

Remove distraction.

Remove unnecessary pressure.

Progress feels lighter when it is designed to last.

What would make this year feel easier without making it smaller.

That answer is usually closer than you think.
