The actual problem.
The reason someone would seek you out.
For example:
A consultant might say they offer strategy.
But the real problem might be stalled growth.
A coach might say they help with leadership.
But the real problem might be decision paralysis.
A marketing advisor might say they help with messaging.
But the real problem might be inconsistent client flow.
When the problem is clearly defined, everything changes.
Your positioning sharpens.
Your marketing simplifies.
Your conversations become more focused.
People recognize themselves in the problem.
And recognition creates interest.
Vague expertise is difficult to sell.
Clear problems attract attention.
So here’s a useful exercise.
If someone asked you right now:
“What problem do you help people solve?”
What would you say in one sentence?
