Hi ,

On March 1, 2025, I started writing daily emails.

Sending regular emails to my list was something I wanted to do for a long time.

I had started a few times before.

It never stuck.

This time was different.

I knew if I was going to do this, consistency had to come first.

And today, if you are reading this, you are reading the 300th email.

That still surprises me.

Clarity and determination helped.

Those are things I brought to the table.

But I also followed my own advice.

I put myself in a paid group accountability situation to help me stay on track.

Because ego is the enemy.

We all need help.

And the sooner we ask for it, the faster we move.

Consistency creates results.

Results are what matter.

Here is a simple idea for today.

Consistency can be a great gift from you to you.

Not perfection.

Not intensity.

Just showing up again tomorrow.
