One question to remove self-sabotage

This question breaks the glass ceiling holding you back from success...

When we’re pursuing a goal, everything tends to go well at the start.

We may find some hardship but we overcome it because our willpower is strong.

Our “new year's resolution" keeps us going.

Eventually we get to an awkward "middle point".

This is where our willpower is low and we're not seeing results.

This middle point is where most people give up.

But it happens for a reason:

When we've advanced in our journey, we're faced with the chance that we can make it.

We CAN achieve that body we've only been dreaming about before.

And the thought of achievement scares us.

It scares us because it's a completely new reality, an uncharted territory.

Despite saying we would love the body and the health...

We feel more comfortable in the current habits that stop us from getting there.

Because these old habits–and these old results–are what we know.

And what we know, though not always pleasant, is much more comfortable.

So this middle point gives us anxiety and makes us "shoot ourselves in the foot".

By doing so, we go back and reinforce our old habits and identity...

And we stray away from our goal.

This is what we commonly know as self-sabotage

Self-sabotage is like a glass ceiling above our heads we just can't break past.

Or at least, we can't break past until we ask ourselves a single question...

👉 This is the question.

Hope it helps!

Courtney.
