Thanksgiving has come and gone and soon it will be Christmas. We hope that you take some time to think about how amazing Christmas is.
Corrie Ten Boom said,
"Who can add to Christmas?
The perfect motive is that God so loved the world.
The perfect gift is that He gave His only Son.
The only requirement is to believe in Him.
The reward of faith is that you shall have everlasting life."
We hope that you have made the decision to trust in Jesus Christ alone as the payment for your sins. If you have not, there is no better time than now! If you have any questions about this, please let us know and we will be happy to talk to you more about it.
Thanksgiving Outreach
On November 13 we organized an outreach for Thanksgiving. The idea was to invite people to learn about what Thanksgiving is like in America and for them to try traditional food that is eaten on Thanksgiving.
We had an incredible response! Over 120 people came to this event! It was special for us because we invited our former landlady and she came, along with her brother and niece!
They ate some very tasty food in a beautifully decorated room and even got to meet some Pilgrims! Most importantly, they heard the Gospel from a wonderful friend of our ministry, Bill Zepp. After Bill gave the history of Thanksgiving, we shared the Gospel with our guests again.
Praise the Lord for this opportunity! Please pray for all those who came and heard the Gospel.
English4Life Fall Term
As we mentioned in our last prayer letter, we had 10 students come for our Fall term of English4Life. We finished our term on November 19 and it was an incredible blessing to hear the testimonies that the students gave. If fact, we want to share some of these with you.
Many of the students came to just learn English, but God worked in their lives while they were here. Praise the Lord! We could not have this ministry without people like you. Thank you for being a part of our ministry team!
