Everyone loves to hit the “easy button” whenever they can.

But sometimes we need to ask a better question: Is this easier for me… or easier for my customer?

Because when we truly make things easier for them, it often ends up becoming easier for us.

Just remember: It’s hard to do the “easy,” and it’s easy not to do the “hard.”

So this week, take a cue from the song…

Find your place to make a stand.

And take it easy.
