I am finally moving from using an excel list of names and emails to using a system that allows you to subscribe or unsubscribe at your will.

Restorative Yoga

We will be starting an 8-week restorative yoga series titled: Flourish from Within: 8 Weeks to Reconnect + Rise starting this Sunday. The series is designed to cultivate awareness, presence, and expansion. Allowing one to practice moving from being grounded to awakened.

As the heat outside rises, Breathe. Reflect. Restore. Align your life with the wisdom of your body.

Thai Massage

Also, upcoming 1-hour Thai massage sessions are available at 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm on Sunday, July 13 and August 17.

If you are interested in a massage and these days and times do not work for you, please contact me and we can find a day/time that works for you.
