That is the view you'll wake up to: the Rio Grande River winding its way through the lush green hills of Portland, Jamaica.
On Saturday afternoon, we'll be on that river, rafting gently for an hour and a half. No rushing. No demands. No one needing you to fix anything, solve anything or hold everything together. Just the river. The quiet. The beauty around you.
And perhaps, for the first time in a long time, the chance to exhale.
Everything is coming together, and my heart is full.
