As Valentine’s Day approaches, I wanted to offer a different kind of invitation.
This Friday, February 14, I’m opening a small, gentle Zoom space called “Who’s Holding You?”
We’ll gather at 6:30 PM Jamaica time (EST)
• 6:30 PM Eastern (US & Canada)
• 5:30 PM Central
• 3:30 PM Pacific
• 11:30 PM UK
This isn’t a workshop or a teaching session.
You’ll get to help shape the conversation.
If there’s a topic, question, or theme you’d like us to sit with, you’re welcome to suggest it when you reply — or simply bring it with you on the day.
There’s no agenda and no pressure to share more than you want to.
You’ll get to choose the topic — whatever feels most alive for you right now — and we’ll sit with it together, slowly and respectfully.
Valentine’s Day can stir many things.
This is simply a space to pause, reflect, and be in quiet conversation — with yourself and with others who value gentleness and presence.
