Why most people feel tight no matter how much they stretch

Happy Wednesday,!

Let me ask you something.

Have you ever felt tight, stiff, or restricted… even after a workout?

Maybe your hips never quite loosen up. Your shoulders feel cranky overhead. Your lower back gets irritated during simple movements.

Most people assume it’s just “tight muscles.” It’s not.

What you’re experiencing is usually limited joint mobility.

And that’s different.

Mobility is not just about flexibility. It’s about how well your joints move under control. It’s about how well your nervous system allows you to access strength through a full range of motion.

When joints stop moving the way they’re designed to:

• Other areas compensate

• Stress shifts to the wrong tissues

• Strength plateaus

• Recovery slows

• Small aches start to add up

Stretching alone doesn’t fix that.

And more intensity doesn’t fix that either.

That’s why we’re launching an online 90-Day Mobility Challenge.

Over the next couple of weeks, I’m going to walk you through:

• What mobility training actually is

• Why it’s different from stretching

• Why it might be the missing link in your fitness workout training

• And how you can be one of the first members to experience it

If you’ve ever thought, “I just want to move better.” This is for you.

More soon.

When you combine Mobility Training with Biomagnetism Therapy, your joints and mind-body connection benefit significantly. You'll see results much faster than if you were doing just one of these therapies on its own. I'll share more details about Biomagnetism tomorrow.

Soon, I'll set up a dedicated booking page for Biomagnetism Therapy. In the meantime, you can book sessions under Myofascial/SomaTherapy options, available for 60 or 90 minutes. These are for In-Person Manual (Massage) Therapy Treatment. You can make your bookings here:
