From decision fatigue to people-pleasing, the mental weight you carry impacts your energy, cravings, and ability to stay consistent.

Try delegating, journaling, and setting micro-boundaries that protect your time.

If you're bloated, gassy, or irregular, your body’s under stress.

Start with chewing slowly, reducing ultra-processed foods, and eating in a calm environment.

Try giving yourself permission to be human and focusing on consistency, not perfection.
