The one change that made everything easier

Happy Sunday, !

Raise your hand if you’ve ever tried to follow all the health & fitness advice at once… 🙋‍♀️

Yep, me too. It feels like every day there’s a new “must-try” health trend. Keto! No, Paleo.

Count macros! Go plant-based! Nope, just intuitively eat!

It’s exhausting.

And let’s be real: It usually leads to more stress, not less.

So here’s a little secret I’ve learned after years of trial and error:

1) You have to find a plan that works for YOU.

2) The simpler, the better.

👉 Because when you keep things SIMPLE, you make it so much easier to be consistent.

So instead of trying to overhaul everything at once, focus on a few impactful habits that actually fit into your life. Here’s what this looks like for me:

Simple? Yes.

Boring? Maybe.

Effective? Absolutely

And you know what? The results are way more sustainable.

Here’s your challenge for this week: Take a look at your wellness routine and pick one thing to simplify. Maybe it’s meal planning, workouts, or even your morning routine.

Once you’ve picked it, hit “reply” and share it with me for accountability. I’d love to hear it!

Make it an amazing evening,

Coach Lu

P.S. If you’re tired of trying to do it all and want a simpler way to feel stronger, stay consistent with healthy habits, improve your energy, let’s make a plan that fits YOU.

Reply with the word “SIMPLE” and I’ll help you figure out the next best step.
