I was speaking to the coach of the Vikings u/18 team today and he told me that one of his players added 6mph to his fastball this season by doing nothing other than the total body warm up designed by RP Performance before each training and game.
6mph!!!
Imagine what you could do training 1-2 hours per week on your rotational athleticism.
That's what's new and improved this year.
We're not just training throwing. Not just training hitting. Not just learning to lift weights. Not just training speed.
We're training rotational athleticism and that will make all those key baseball pillars better. That's why the Vikings player got so much better, he got more athletic, specific to baseball.
These are the first training sessions of there kind, anywhere in the world. Think CrossFit classes, but specific to baseball.

There are 2 groups available on Monday and/or Wednesday afternoons.
- RP Fundamentals is for Little League players AND Junior League players who've never trained with RP before
- RP All Ages is for Open's, Senior League and Junior League players who've trained with RP before.
- Sessions are 1 hour from 5pm-6pm and 6pm-7pm beginning 26th February and finishing 8th April
- Prices are: $529.00 + GST for 1 session per week OR $749.00 + GST for 2 sessions per week-a saving of over $300!!!
