February Vibes, Fire Horse energy & choosing you.
Feb 03, 2026 10:58 am
Hey there friend,
Happy February.
And before the month gallops off (because it absolutely will), take a breath with me.
A slow inhale…
Hold for a moment…
And let it go.
Notice your jaw.
Your shoulders.
That little aahh when you stop trying to hold it all together.
This year carries Fire Horse energy, and I have a feeling you might already be sensing it.
Fire Horse energy isn’t quiet or passive.
It’s movement. Momentum. Courage.
It stirs things. Asks questions. Nudges what’s been sitting still for a while.
If January felt like a blur, or there’s that subtle something wants to shift feeling bubbling away inside you — you’re not imagining it.
Fire Horse energy tends to support:
- stepping forward instead of staying stuck
- shedding what no longer fits
- choosing yourself with a little more confidence
- moving from tired to more alive
And while that can feel exciting…
it can also feel like a lot when life is already full.
I share this because I feel it too.
I’m not watching this energy from the sidelines — I’m living it, navigating it, and listening to my body just like the women who come into my space.
You don’t need to understand Fire Horse energy for it to be present.
You notice it in your body — as restlessness, a pull towards something new, or that sense that what worked before doesn’t quite fit anymore.
That’s where gong sound becomes such a powerful support for me.
And why I share it the way I do.
Not to fix anything.
Not to push change.
No big explanations — just a safe place to lie down and let your body catch up with everything it’s been carrying.
A little story from under the stars 🌙✨
Last Saturday night, we gathered for Sound Under the Stars — and it was one of those evenings you feel more than you explain.
The women arrived carrying a lot.
Busy minds. Tired bodies. Full lives.
As the night unfolded, the shift happened gently — without effort.
Breaths deepened.
Shoulders softened.
That quiet sense of being held, without having to explain anything or say a word.
And then, right at the end, a snake was spotted on the path as we were leaving.
No panic.
No drama.
We paused, gave it space, and let it be.
Everyone was safe.
And whether you’re into symbolism or not, snakes are often linked with shedding and release — letting go of what’s no longer needed.
It felt like the perfect full stop to the night.
A quiet reminder that release doesn’t have to be loud or scary.
Sometimes it’s simply about awareness… and trust.

Private one-on-one sessions
If you feel called to something quieter…
I also offer private one-on-one gong sound sessions.
These are for women who want more space, more privacy, or a deeper sense of being held.
A private session offers:
- a calm, unrushed space just for you
- sound tailored to what your body needs on the day
- time to rest, release, and recharge
- support without having to explain or hold anything together
Some women choose private sessions when they’re navigating a lot.
If that feels like a better fit simply reply to this email and ask — I’m always happy to guide you.
If one of my February sessions feels like a quiet yes, you’re very welcome.
And if now isn’t the time, that’s okay too.
I trust that you know what you need.
And I trust that when it’s time, you’ll know.
This space isn’t going anywhere.
With love (and a little rebelliciousness),
Roz 💗
