What does your body need right now?

Happy New Year.

Thank you, 2025. Hello, 2026.

I can’t believe we’ve already had a full week of the new year — and honestly, I really hope 2026 doesn’t race past the way 2025 did. I’d quite like this one to take its time.

Before you read on…

take a slow breath in…

and gently let it out.

Notice your body for a moment.

If it still feels a little tight or busy, take one more breath in and out.

Now you are feeling calm so please read on.

The last few months of 2025 felt like a real year of shedding for me.

Decluttering in all the ways — physically, emotionally, energetically.

Letting go of what no longer fit, served me, or felt simple. Creating space.

(And yes, that included things I once thought I had to keep.)

The renovations are finally finished now — including the sauna — and I’m honestly loving the feeling of completion. My home now feels more calm. Simple. And very much aligned with the vision I’ve been quietly holding.

January kicked off with Sound Under the Stars, and it was such a beautiful night.

Women arrived carrying a lot — life, responsibilities, change — and gave themselves permission to stop for a while. To Release. To rest. To recharge. To be supported.

By the end of the night, the shift was felt in their own words.

Women shared feeling more grounded, more at peace, and lighter after letting go of what they’d been carrying. One woman laughed and said she had so much energy afterwards she felt like she could run a marathon — something I’ve heard more than once over the years.

That’s always been my vision for this space — a safe place for women to rest without distraction or guilt. A place to recharge. A place to remember that if you’re moving through a life challenge, you don’t have to do it alone. (Even if you’re very good at convincing yourself you should be.)

I truly believe that when a woman invests in herself, makes herself a priority the ripple effects go far beyond her.

Her energy shifts.

Her nervous system settles.

And that calm quietly flows into her home, her work, her relationships, her life.

Gong sound baths might look simple from the outside — and they are — but they offer powerful support, especially when experienced consistently. The sound works gently with the nervous system, helping the body settle and the mind quieten on its own.

No fixing.

No effort.

Just space for the body to do what it already knows how to do when it feels safe.

This year, I’m anchoring into one simple question — and it’s one I invite you to keep asking too:

What does my body need right now?

Sometimes the answer is rest.

Sometimes it’s connection.

Sometimes it’s stillness.

And sometimes it’s simply being held by an experience without having to explain yourself.

(Or talk. Or make decisions. Bliss.)

For the next few months, I’ll be offering two monthly experiences — one indoor Gong Sound Bath with Roz, and one Sound Under the Stars. All dates are now set up with individual booking links, so you can easily see what’s coming up and choose what suits you. You’re welcome to save the links and come

back to them when the time feels right.

Here is the link with all the dates

You can also book private sessions.

I offer one-on-one gong sound bath experiences, as well as private group sessions if you’d love to gather a few friends, work colleagues, family members, or a partner and share the experience together. These sessions are a beautiful option if you’re craving something more personal, celebrating a milestone, or simply want to rest in a familiar circle. To book a private session, just message me — we’ll chat about what feels right and take it from there, in a simple, easy way.

Newsletters will continue to be monthly this year — a gentle check-in, not more noise in your inbox. Because we all have enough of that already.

And of course, if these emails ever stop feeling supportive, you can unsubscribe anytime. No pressure, no hard feelings — life’s too short for inbox guilt.

Thank you for being here.

Thank you for choosing yourself in the ways you can.

And thank you for allowing me to hold space for you, in whatever way feels right.

Sending you a big Rebellicious hug — and trusting that your 2026 unfolds with a little more ease, a little more calm, and plenty of moments to be Rebellicious.
