I hope you and your family are okay after Sunday’s wild storms — nature certainly knows how to shake things up. And honestly, life has felt a bit like that lately too — calm one moment, intense the next. If you’ve been feeling it, you’re not alone.


Before we dive in — take a slow breath with me.

Your nervous system needed that more than your to-do-list.


A real-life share

The Rebellicious Space has now been refreshed (and it looks & feels so good), and today the painters started on our main house. This week (weather pending) tilers arrive and the sauna build begins — so it’s going to be a hive of activity around here. Fresh space, fresh energy, fresh season.


And just like my physical space is being refreshed — so am I.

If you know me, you know I live what I share. I support my wellbeing daily with simple tools — rest, cacao, essential oils, grounding, nervous system care, sound. These aren’t just things I “do” — they’re part of how I live.


But here’s the honest truth most people don’t talk about:

Even when you take care of yourself, your body will speak if it needs deeper support — and when it speaks, it’s wise to listen.

Over the last few months, I felt cycles of flatness in my energy. I listened. I got curious. I did some testing. And I finally had an answer:

Adrenal fatigue.

Post-menopause + life + business + being human. It happens. My body wasn’t failing me — it was communicating with me.

I have made changes. I slowed my pace. I simplified more. I said no more often. I chose to support my frequency before my body was forced to. Because wellbeing isn’t something I talk about — it’s something I live. And simplicity is one of my core values, so I’m living it fully.


Let’s talk frequency — because it affects everything

Everything I offer — gong sound, oils, breath, cacao, stillness, nervous system care — is based on one thing: frequency. Your vibe.

Frequency is not complicated or mystical — it’s how you feel.

It shows up in:

  • Your energy (flat or flowing)
  • Your emotions (steady or all over the place)
  • Your mind (clear or foggy)
  • Your sleep (deep or restless)
  • Your stress (calm or reactive)
  • Your body (ease or tension)

When your frequency (vibe) is low, you feel it.

When it’s supported, life feels easier.

And here’s something most people don’t realise — frequency is affected by more than stress.

It’s influenced by:

  • Technology: Bluetooth headphones, smart watches, Wi-Fi, screens — they all overstimulate the nervous system and affect your health.
  • Environment: noise, clutter, chaos and overstimulation
  • People: some lift your energy, others drain it
  • Suppressed emotion: what the mind ignores, the body absorbs
  • Lifestyle pace: constant rushing weakens your system
  • Illness and dis-ease: the body expresses imbalance when ignored

Supporting your frequency isn’t a “nice to have”.

It’s essential if you want to feel calm, grounded, present, energised and well.

A sound experience that gives back.

Raising funds for Reason to Thrive, a local charity offering equine-assisted programs that support emotional wellbeing and resilience.

Wednesday 19th November — Rebellicious Vibes Indoor Sound Bath

Cosy, grounding, restorative. A simple reset for your nervous system and energy.
