This summer has been full of surprises for me, and I’m happy to share a few of these with you (plus something special for you below 💌).
What’s new in my world?
I’ve been really enjoying being here in Toronto, spending time with my parents, reconnecting with old friends and making new ones along the way.
Authentic Relating nights in Toronto are blooming. This 5-week series started quietly, but now we’re filling up each week! The word is spreading, people are bringing friends, and there is real joy in the room. My heart is full witnessing strangers dropping into presence, giggling, opening up, and staying long after we finish. That’s the kind of community I love building.
Our Power of Connection Membership is deepening. Together, we’ve been tuning into the present moment in the middle of real life. Learning how to meet our inner child, build self-awareness, and access calm even in the middle of daily life & conversations. I feel honoured to hold this space every week.
I’m heading to CultureCon in Wisconsin in early August, a conference dedicated to improving connection at work. I’m curious & excited, and may even lead a connection activity for the conference attendees!
