Hello ,
As I sat on the plane from Romania to Toronto a few days ago, I was reflecting and wanted to share this simple, yet powerful reflection practice with you. It’s called Rose, Thorn, Bud, and it’s a beautiful way to process experiences—whether at the end of a trip, a day, or a week.
🌹 Rose
What’s something to celebrate?
I’m celebrating running three unique and successful in-person events in Romania: Feminine Embodiment, a Cacao & Breathwork Ceremony, and The Art of Connection workshop (follow me on Instagram to see photos & videos from these events). I’m also celebrating reconnecting with loved ones and enjoying precious quality time.
🌵 Thorn
What’s been challenging or frustrating?
Adapting to major time changes in a short time—travelling from tropical Koh Phangan to Bangkok, Toronto, then to Bucharest, and then back to Toronto, all within a short time span—was intense.
🌱 Bud
What’s new and full of possibilities?
I’m excited about collaborating with a friend at her beautiful yoga studio in Bucharest (Of Love and Yoga) and planning additional online offerings!
On top of that, I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be hosting my first in-person event in Toronto tomorrow:
✨ An Evening of Connection: From Strangers to Friends in One Evening
đź—“ Monday, Dec. 16th, 7 PM
📍 Alternity, 333 Bloor St. W., Toronto
Now it’s your turn—what’s your Rose, Thorn, and Bud today?
Hit reply and share with me. You can also use this reflection with friends, family, or colleagues to spark meaningful conversations.
With love,
Roxana
