A Few Thoughts On Triggers & Advanced Practice Group Reminder

Some of our day's most mundane interactions can prove to be the ultimate training ground for testing your patience and working with your triggers.

Hello !

Has this ever happened to you? You’re at the DMV (or any other public service office in your country), and the clerk behind the desk seems to be on a mission to make your day worse. You feel your blood starting to boil. Maybe you let it all out on them, or you stuff it down only to snap at someone else later (your partner, a friend, a colleague, or even a poor unsuspecting stranger).

If you can relate - don’t worry, you’re not alone!

Some of our day's most mundane interactions can prove to be the ultimate training ground for testing your patience and working with your triggers.

This was the topic of our last class in the 2nd round of the At Ease, Empowered & Connected course (officially underway! 🥳).

We practiced ways of being with triggers that can be used right then and there, in the middle of it all. Ways that allow you to breathe easier, feel less activated and much less negatively affected by these situations in the future.

We’re already underway with the foundational course, but if you feel you already have a good foundation and crave a group to practice, I want to remind you that you can still enroll in the At Ease, Empowered & Connected Advanced Practice Group.

This group is designed to help you continue your journey of learning, practicing, and embodying mindfulness, emotional intelligence and authentic communication tools in a supportive community. To get started, sign up here.

Do you prefer to work 1:1 instead? I have 2 slots available starting in November, simply reply to this email for more details or book a call with me.

I am curious… how do you handle triggers? Do you have moments of celebration in how you respond? Do you wish to handle things differently? If you’re open to sharing, please reply to this email, I would love to know.

Wishing you a calm and easeful day. 💫

Warmly,

Roxana

PS: Here’s a short video I recorded about the recent class on triggers and the Advanced Practice Group. (Don’t use Instagram? Here’s the YouTube link.)
