RFC TX - a menu unlike any other

When Joel and I started RFC, we had two ground rules.
First, platform folks actually doing what they talk about.
Two, real food straight from real farms for the meals.
When it comes to food, this event is going to be something truly special.
You see, back in 2020 a young couple attended our first RFC in Cincy, Ohio... went and apprenticed as butchers and... now have Crunchy Mama Farms, just outside DFW, TX.
And to kick off RFC TX they are doing a three day Ultimate Kill and Grill Class - field harvest a steer, a pig, and thirty or more chickens, and learn how to prepare them for a large crowd.
Shawn keeps sending me photos of the happy animals on green Texas pastures.
And they aren't doing this alone - some regional legends are lending a hand and helping teach and prepare the food.
Big Jav (of Big Jav's BBQ) is getting his Asado cross ready for the beef cook.
You just can't imagine what an opportunity this is (you can snag a seat to that class at the Crunchy Mama Farm's Website, they have just a few spots left)
All this food will become the meals for those coming to the Friday seminar, VIP dinner, and RFC main event Saturday. Masa seed free oil chips, Redmond Real salt, and others are donating to the menu as well!
So bring a hearty appetite to the event.
