Quiet, wintry night. ☃️🌨️🌙 The best way to get a good low-light, long exposure shot is to use a tripod combined remote shutter to eliminate camera shake.📸 The second best way is to brace yourself against an object (like door-jam, tree, etc.), hold your arms tight against your body, and (maybe also) hold your breath too for those few seconds while the image is processing. Not sure about that last one, but it worked here so I'm going with it.😉 Do you like night photography? I like the retro design of this sign. After driving by it many times on Highway 11, I finally had a chance to stop for short time to do a quick photo set. Below are a few of the shots from that session. I've gone through about three phases of design preference: Art Deco was my favourite at the time when I was studying history, then Modern become my favourite when I was travelling a lot for work and was staying hotels that often had that aesthetic, but now I'm tending towards retro (I suppose for reasons of nostalgia). I still like all three though. If I won the lottery, I'd design a space that included a mash-up of all three. That might be pretty awesome! Lol. 😀 What's your favourite type of design?
