Well...Here's the good news!

The McAllister Men of Moonshine Ridge is now complete!

All four brothers have found love and are busy living happily ever after, leaving three more of Moonshine Ridge's legacy families.

The Jones Brothers of Moonshine Ridge is coming up next. The Joneses own the local river rafting business and they also have four sons to follow to happily ever after.

I'm working on these boys as frantically as I can amid a small portion of the sky falling down around me at the moment. But that's the bad news, we're not there yet!

MORE GOOD NEWS-- is that I finally got to the fancy campground where they have the fancy satellite WiFi available. So I sprung for a pass for the duration of my stay and this is me, coming at you from the beauty of my laptop's 16 inch, 4K monitor while sitting at my table-slash-desk in the hobo house with a glass of iced tea at my side (that tea will shortly be getting swapped for whiskey.)

I have been catching up with all the internet chores both personal and authorly, and this also means that it is super easy for me to add some images in this newsletter for you!

I even hope to schedule out some (gasp!) social media posts while I'm here. I'm terrible at keeping up with it, but I've been writing pretty consistently lately and also-- taking some pictures I'm pretty proud of. So I thought I'd share in more places than just here with you guys.

"So OK, Rox, hit us with the bad news already..."

The bad news is that if you click on the McAllister Men of Moonshine Ridge image above and follow it over to its pretty series page on Amazon, you will discover (unless they fix it before you read this--crosses fingers) books 1 and 2 are not currently available for sale or borrow.

Why is this? Well...that is what I'm waiting to find out. On my end, both books say they are live and available, on the actual store, Amazon says "NO THEY ARE NOT." (You gotta read that in a really deep, booming voice with echo effects.)

The discovery has me feeling a little bummed out-- hence there's likely to be whiskey in the soda I'll be pouring later. (I already ate all the cookies. This calls for something stronger.)

SO! If you have not yet started the Moonshine Ridge books-- you might want to hold off a few more days, but if you enjoy the quick and easy pace of insta-love, I'd recommend checking out the Do-Over Pact. They aren't over-the-top, but they are quick, cute, and dirty reads:

Now then, if you'll excuse me: I have a bottle of whiskey to find.

(BTW: No...I'm not actually inclined to open a bottle of good whiskey over Amazon doing something wonky! LOL! Could you imagine how much whiskey I'd go through?)

But here's a pretty picture of some cactus blooms from up on the "office hill" of the last few weeks:

One of my photo editing apps has a filter called "oil painting" and it looked pretty dang cool applied to this photo.

I can't wait to see what the next "office" looks like. I'll be moving on again after the holiday (if you're in the States) weekend and I've never been to the pocket of Nevada I'm heading to next so it'll be a surprise for all of us!

Discovering and then dealing with the book glitch put me behind on writing Eddie and Pepper's story but they are coming along and I'm excited to have that ready for you soon!
