I am super excited to announce that we are wrapping up the Diaz family of Moonshine Ridge with Terra's story.

It was so much fun to write this book, I will spare you all the joyful squealing I could do about how much I loved following the sassy, rebellious Terra's horrified revelation that the rules-and-regulations deputy also just happened to be her happily ever after.

I also got to explore the deputy in more depth-- I've known for awhile now that Moonshine Ridge has been softening his edges and teaching him to embrace the shades of gray between the black and white he's always lived by...getting blackmailed by ornery old ladies will do that to a man.

And, oh my gosh! I also got to look a little deeper into the rift between those old ladies! One day I'm going to sit down and write up a story or two about their back ground.

I hope you love Hawk and Terra as much I loved writing them.

She needs a man who will hold her down, not hold her back.

When I became the face of the law in the tiny mountain town of Moonshine Ridge, it was easy to resist Terra. She was my buddy's baby sister; far too young for me and about as off-limits as girls in my new jurisdiction can get.

I've done my best to be a man of honor, but Terra's sweet curves and fiery spirit have become too much temptation for me to resist.

Problem is, she hates my badge.

Terra's got a rebel streak in her that's wider than the mountains that split this state in half. She's not about to give her heart to a man in a uniform but my blood boils to claim this woman.

My little rebel says she doesn't like being bossed around, but it turns out that's not exactly true and now there's only one way I need Terra to lose control.

After two weeks of watching sunsets like this, it was time to move on. I'll be sitting in a west Texas campground for the next week where the scenery is decidedly less interesting-- but I should get to see one more solar eclipse from here if the skies stay clear. (Wish me luck.)

Raine and April's story will begin soon and my calendar glares at me sternly with an early May release date for them.

Meanwhile...I'm working on a little bonus scene to go along with Terra and Hawk's book, but it doesn't feature Terra and Hawk. Once you've read the book, shoot me an email and let me know what scene you're hoping for most!
