I Made the Deadline! Pre-Order Mountain Man's Need Now
Mar 30, 2024 10:30 pm
I was excited to be uploading Mountain Man's Need to Amazon late Friday night to find that I (barely) made the deadline to put it up for pre-order! (I like knowing when the book will go live, instead of waiting to see how long Amazon is going to take to put it through review.)
So I thought I'd send out a special Easter weekend edition of the newsletter just to let you know that much celebrating is being done in the Arizona desert today-- because Hawk and Terra's story is DONE!
(The book is done-- their story lives on.) Terra and Hawk have been one of my all time favorite couples of my writing career and I had a hard time parting ways. Which showed when it was time for editing.
I'll be back in the usual Thursday email to talk more about where we'll be heading next in Moonshine Ridge (I mean, there's a teaser at the back of Hawk and Terra's book-- it's not a mystery.)
So happy Easter to everyone spending their weekend in church and/or hunting colorful eggs! (My Easters consist of copious numbers of Cadbury cream eggs.)
She needs a man who will hold her down, not hold her back.
Justice Hawkins
When I became the face of the law in the tiny mountain town of Moonshine Ridge, it was easy to resist Terra. She was my buddy's baby sister; far too young for me and about as off-limits as girls in my new jurisdiction can get.
I've done my best to be a man of honor, but Terra's sweet curves and fiery spirit have become too much temptation for me to resist.
Problem is, she hates my badge.
Terra's got a rebel streak in her that's wider than the mountains that split this state in half. She's not about to give her heart to a man in a uniform but my blood boils to claim this woman.
My little rebel says she doesn't like being bossed around, but it turns out that's not exactly true and now there's only one way I want Terra to lose control.
