Coming Soon from Moonshine Ridge

First, the COVER REVEAL!
Mountain Man's Hope is Mesa Diaz's story-- you might remember him best as the over protective, and highly confused, older brother of Meadow the forest ranger.
Mesa's still getting used to the idea that he's buddies with Oz again and not expected to keep him away from his sister anymore, but Mesa has his own problems.
As a one of very few full time fire-fighters on Moonshine Ridge's local crew, he's no stranger to working alongside forestry units, hot-shots, and smoke-jumpers, that get called in to fight the wild-land blazes that inevitably threaten the small mountain community and the thick, forested wilderness that surrounds it.
When a rookie volunteer from one of the larger stations in Slow River Valley joins his crew to help battle the Placer Canyon fire, Mesa knows she's going to be his.
But when Mesa rescues Robin from a falling limb, it's him that ends up trapped under the still-smoldering log...
***
Mesa and Robin's story picks up a year after the accident, after Mesa has undergone all the surgeries, after his broken leg has healed, after the physical therapy and months spent in hospitals, rehab centers, and the city that isn't home, so he can get the treatment he needs.
Now they're home, just in time for Meadow and Oz's wedding, and Mesa is excited to finally claim the woman he loves-- who has stuck by his side through it all.
But...folks? It can be tough to avoid those third act break ups. Characters just insist on getting all insecure, miscommunicating, sometimes there are bad guys that need to be unalived-- you know how these books go.
Fortunately for Mesa's sake, his grandmother (Marcia-- the grandkids tend to call her "Abu") and his baby sister (Terra) are both fiercely opinionated women who have a chance to corner our hero before he can pull a really classic, bonehead romance hero stunt and risk screwing everything up.
This is the fun part!
I'm super excited to share the next Moonshine Ridge mountain man book with you soon, very soon. (The calendar says March 13, FTR.)
Meanwhile, I'm participating in this super cool promo with a bunch of other awesome authors of over-the-top, insta-lovey goodness, so go check it out:
I stopped keeping track of how many great books are being offered. I already have more books in my Kindle app than I can keep up with, although I have been giving it my best try!
Next week I should have a proper sneak preview at Mesa and Robin to share with you and, if my calendar has its way, a pre-order link for the book as well. But I have to warn you! The calendar and I don't always agree on things and we're both at the mercy of Amazon's whims in the process. The best we can do is cross our fingers.
